ADDITIONS

An addition is an expansion of the structure of a building.  The most common additions are master-bedroom suites, in-law apartments, and garages.  An addition can expand outward or upward - or both!  Often, there are issues to address with a local conservation commission or zoning by-laws.  We specialize in guiding our clients through the entire process.
