FARMHOUSE RENOVATION, NORTH SHORE, MA

This 230+ year old home and site are historic and had more than enough original structure and features to keep every day of the design and construction full of surprises.  Nearly every room of the 4,000 sf was gutted, so modern building codes, such as extensive insulation, and natural lighting and ventilation had to be adhered to.  However, these are the types of challenges that the North Shore Design-Build, LLC team lives for!
