This project, designed and supervised for the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate, was a combination of passive and active solar.  The house is a duplex with an extremely low carbon footprint.  The insulation exceeds state and local stretch codes and the infiltration (air leakage) passes Energy Star Homes requirements.
