This project, with Habitat for Humanity North Shore, involved a gut-rehabilitation of a three-family home in Lynn, Massachusetts.  There were some challenges with this project, including a great deal of moisture on one first-floor wall that is below grade.  To maintain air quality and energy efficiency, an air-sourced heat pump with a heat recovery ventilator was used for each dwelling unit.

The design was generated by Deer Hill Architects, although the early color pencil rendering below was generated by NSDB for use by the Habitat for family selection and fund raising.
